CLEMCO OPERATOR SAFTEY EQUIPMENT

Clemco's line of operator safety equipment includes respiratory protection, job site safety, personal climate control, airline management and other operations critical to keeping you and your operators safe. Built in conjunction with their blast machines, Clemco systems are designed to work seamlessly with your blasting setups.

Blast Suits and Gloves

Comfortable outer clothing for abrasive blast operators and for non-blast personnel working at the blast site, for protection from abrasive rebound.

Apollo 20 Supplied-Air Respirator

The Apollo 20 is a Type CE, continuous-flow, supplied-air respirator for abrasive blasting, to be used with a compressed air source. The bright green helmet has a box-front window, and a protective cape. The Apollo 20 comes standard with DLX comfort-fit suspension.

Apollo 60 Supplied-Air Respirator

The Apollo 60 is a Type CE, continuous-flow, supplied-air respirator for abrasive blasting, to be used with a compressed air source. The high visibility red helmet has a full-view window, and waist length protective cape.

Apollo 600 Supplied-Air Respirator

The Apollo 600 is a Type CE, continuous-flow, supplied-air respirator for abrasive blasting, to be used with a compressed air source. The high visibility red helmet has a full-view window, and waist length protective cape.

Clem-Cool Air Conditioner with Belt (CCAC)

Belt-mounted, adjustable valve — cools breathing air for use with Clemco Apollo HP respirator models. Allows operator to adjust flow and temperature of incoming air. Clem-Cool also can be used as the source of cool air for Clemco Comfort Vest.

Climate Control Tube (CCT)

Belt-mounted, adjustable valve — cools or warms breathing air. For use with Clemco respirator models Apollo 20, 60, and 600 HP. Allows operator to adjust flow and temperature of incoming air.

Cool Air Tube (CAT)

Belt-mounted, adjustable valve - cools breathing air for use with Clemco respirator models Apollo 60 HP and Apollo 20 HP/ Allows operator to adjust flow and temperature of incoming air.

CPF Compressed-air Breathing-air Filters

Belt-mounted, adjustable valve - cools breathing air for use with Clemco respirator models Apollo 60 HP and Apollo 20 HP/ Allows operator to adjust flow and temperature of incoming air.

Apollo Ambient Air Pump Model CALIPSO

The Clemco CALIPSO Ambient Air Pump, is a cost-effective alternative to a breathing-air compressor. It provides an oil-free air supply for low-pressure, type CE, supplied-air respirators used for abrasive blasting or for any NIOSHapproved continuous flow hood or helmet-style respirator approved to operate with 8 cfm at 10 psi or less.

Apollo Ambient Air Pump Models CAP-4C and CAP-4

A cost-effective alternative to a breathing air compressor. The CAP-4 provides oil-free breathing air for one to four low-pressure type CE supplied-air respirators used for abrasive blast cleaning. It can supply air to any NIOSH-approved continuous flow hood or helmet style respirator approved to operate at 10 psi or less.

Apollo Wireless Communication Systems

Systems provide convenient two-way communication between supervisors and workers on the job site.

CMS Series Carbon Monoxide Alarms

Carbon monoxide monitor and alarm for breathing air supplied from a compressed air source. Features warning lights, highdecibel audible alarm, particulate/oil filter, and connections for optional remote alarm and shutdown devices. Unit monitors air supply; can serve multiple respirators.

CMS Series Carbon Monoxide Monitor - Alarm

The CMS-3 carbon monoxide (CO) monitor mounts inside the blast respirator to immediately warn the blast operator when deadly CO is detected in the breathing air
