"SBB" SERIES
The Spiral Bottom Bowl (SBB Series) is one of our most popular offerings for round bowl finishing machines. The spiral-bottom bowl design provides a larger open area below the screen to aid in part travel around the bowl during batch processing.

"LR" SERIES
The Long Radius (LR Series) vibratory round bowls are known for their larger circumference in comparison to the other vibratory bowl series that ALMCO offers. They are best for finishing delicate or long, narrow parts due to their larger working channel, which allows parts to be further spaced out within the bowl. This series includes a built-in internal separation system for batch processing. This series is useful for through-feed operation, where the part is loaded near the discharge screen and unloaded after making one pass around the bowl.

"OR" SERIES
The Original Round Bowl (OR Series) is the only round bowl series in the ALMCO product line that can be fitted with dividers. The dividers provide multiple compartments and allow spaced sections for individual parts handling, preventing part-on-part contact and eliminating the need for fixturing. The curved polyurethane-lined bowl keeps parts immersed in mass to give either gentle or aggressive deburring, and the urethane drain plates and constant spray system keeps parts clean while rotating in the bowl. These machines work best for batch processing where parts are to be discharged onto an external screener for separation.
