Vibratory Contract Shop

Our mass finishing shop offers 150 cubic feet of machine capacity and operates a minimum of two shifts. This lends itself to large volume jobs along with the ability to turn over small volume jobs overnight. Our shop incorporates vibratory bowls, tumbling barrels and high speed centrifugal equipment to meet any finishing requirement.
We operate a 5000 gallon per day ultra filtration wastewater treatment system which meets either EPA of the new MP&M regulations. This wastewater treatment facility enables us to process a wide range of varying metals. So if you requirement his RMS refinement, polishing, cleaning or general deburring we have a contract facility that can assist you.

Blasting Contract Shop

We blast a wide range of parts for the automotive, medical, industrial and aerospace industries. Whether your part requires glass beading for a cosmetic surface, aluminium oxide for anchor patterns or plastic media for paint stripping we have manual and automated equipment to handle your job. Our blast shop includes air tumble blast machines, airless tumble blast equipment, multiple venture and direct pressure cabinets along with a 10 gun air indexing turntable. We have the ability to process volume jobs along with handling parts up to 6' x 6' and 2000 lbs..
Our success in our blast shop is largely based upon our ability to provide consistent results hour to hour and day to day. The efficiency of the Zero Blast Equipment enables us to accomplish this. It might sound trivial, however it is imperative in order to provide a consistently uniform blasted part.
