Precision Finishing - Waste Treatment -

WASTE TREATMENT

Different processes can call for different forms of waste treatment. Ultrafiltration, centrifuge, flocculation, and evaporation all have their place in the world of waste treatment. Let us help you determine a preferred method of treatment based on the parameters and results you require.

VIBRATORY FINISHING

Media, chemistry, alloy, amplitude, dosing pumps, flow rates, all affect the efficiency of your process. With thousands of media combinations and hundreds of chemistries, the choices can seem unimportant, however, a chemistry change, different bond, or amplitude adjustment can mean thousands to the bottom line.

AIR

BLASTING

Abrasive blasting is a common process with common problems. Most problems come from using the wrong abrasives for the wrong applications and the misconceptions that more pressure means less time. Trialing media, nozzle diameters, standoff distances, and pressures will solidify the process creating faster cycle times, lest dust, and more repeatable results.

AIRLESS

BLASTING

Airless blasting is a versatile process that can be used for simple cleaning operations to highly controlled shot peening applications. We can test media wear rates to show you how your media is holding up in your process as well as recommend proper media type based on your application.

ASF

FINISHING

Accelerated Surface Finishing, or ASF, is an isotropic superfinishing process that is capable of single-digit microinch finishes. With an extensive list of benefits, let us test your parts and show you first hand.
